1. Pool Fence Gate 1: Doesn't close properly - glass hits against the closing mechanism on other side of fence. 2. Pool Fence Gat 2: Doesn't auto swing shut. 3. Window 1: quite a large gap externally between window and brickwork, which i want to seal with small piece of timber and then silicone/caulk/sika. Silicone/caulk/sika the other side to stop air/noise. 4. Window 2: Silicone/caulk/sika the outside to stop air/noise. 5. Door: quite a large gap externally between door and brickwork. Door frame may have moved inwards. Want to seal to stop air/noise. Let me know if you need any more photos.
