NOTE RE FOOTINGS: The two posts for the pergola need to be mounted on the higher ground, NOT THE LOWER PAVED area. This means that two small sections of synthetic turf need to be cut out, a 60cm x 40cm paver (which I will supply) cemented in each, so form a footing the posts can be bolted to. You will need to provide the small amount of cement required for that. TIMING: The job must be finished by the end of the weekend (23 February). I don't mind whether you install on Saturday, Sunday or across both days, as long as its done by Sunday night. I'm looking for a handy person to help with a few things around the house: • My SMEG dishwasher is showing error code 05, indicating it's not filling with water. I've checked the hose for blockages or kinks, but I suspect the aquastop device in the hose may have been triggered. I can provide the manual and purchase a replacement hose if necessary. • My toilet has a flush system similar to the Grohe GD2 system and either takes an extremely long time to fill or is leaking. • I have a couple of small holes in the wall that need to be filled and painted. I also need a screw drilled into the wall, and the area around the screw will need to be repainted. Additionally, there are other areas on the same wall that could do with a touch-up in the same darker grey shade. I'm unsure about the exact paint color, as it's a specific darker grey. I haven't been able to find the exact shade. I'm looking for advice on whether I should take a piece of the wall to get a sample pot or if it would be best for the handy person to come and assess the color first. I am also happy to provide photos. I'm located in Camperdown. Ideally, I'd like for you to come and make an evaluation beforehand. I'd like the work completed on March 14th, as I need to have the house ready to hand back on the 20th. We have a three column wall mounted shelving unit installed a few months ago. A couple of screws in the middle brackets started to come lose and the shelves started to sag. Need a tradie with expertise in this area to reinstall the middle brackets.The walls have concrete behind them. Need someone urgently today.

Fix and repair a small hole in the wall. Gyprock , where a door handle rests. A hole has formed. And to touch up paint where its mended Also to install a door stoper ( please supply ) so this doesn't happen again. I don't have any paint. It's just a simple off white wall.

I need help purchasing and installing a door viewer on my front door. A hole will need to be drilled. This is for an apartment unit. The door has 4.8 cm of width.

Issue: My air conditioner is either leaking, or causing some condensation / moisture to pool around a nearby vent. This is causing a small pool of water to appear on the floor from the vent next to the fridge as shown in the photo. The paint around the vent is also showing signs of pooling, too. Our dishwasher is coming loose of the dishwasher space in the kitchen bench. The whole unit tips forward when you open the door. It needs to be reattached in space. 5. Carry a very heavy pot plant down the stairs out to the garden.

There is a hole on a Drywall due to water damage

Hello, I need a few random items done completed around my apartment: I need one leg of a dresser fixed. A couple of new and larger screws will likely be required that I don’t have. I have two new hooks that need to be installed onto the back of two doors. This will require a drill, but should be simple. I have all the required parts. Unscrew an extremely tight laundry/washing machine fixture so that I can clean out the hose. Then reattach. And I also need to borrow a ladder at the same time so that I can hang some curtains myself. I just don’t have access to a ladder at the moment. Thank you! Reagan.

1. Install Buster & Punch Privacy Door Handle on Door. New Openings will need to be cut, inclusive of strike plate area as existing hole is too big. To be installed above existing holes and strike plate. 2. Install Pull Handle on Aluminum Door, Drilling of holes required on door, as no existing holes. Existing screws provided with handle is too short, as door frame is 3.8cm width. Please kindly provide 2 x screw fixing for this pull handle as well.
