Hi there, I am looking for a quote for work on my shower. I have attached photos around its condition. It will need: - Sealing off the wall where the faucet and tapwork is located (first image) - Retiling of the entire area where tiles have been removed (second image) - please note the left side has now been sealed and is largely a flat surface ready for tiling Background: the tiles have been removed and the brickwork drilled into to install a mixer and outlet for the showerhead. Previously, there was only the lower taps available (connected to a shower head) which were problematic for my mother's arthritic knees (she had to keep bending down to turn on the shower) If the tiles could be sourced and included that would be excellent.

The wall-mounted lamp has come loose from the wall and needs to be securely reattached. The fixture appears to have come out of the wall, exposing wiring and leaving an uneven hole. Looking for someone with experience in light fixture installation and wall repairs to safely secure the lamp back in place and patch the wall if necessary.

I need a licensed electrician to fix a bracket for a broken pendant light. The plastic bracket that holds the bulb is broken at the edges. I think connection is still working but the bulb will not stay in the bracket that is joined to the cord. I will need a replacement bracket too. The current one is about 2.5cm in diameter.
