I was trying to add bidet under the toilet seat cover but the screw that holds the cover fell inside the screw’s hall.

I need a licensed electrician to fix a bracket for a broken pendant light. The plastic bracket that holds the bulb is broken at the edges. I think connection is still working but the bulb will not stay in the bracket that is joined to the cord. I will need a replacement bracket too. The current one is about 2.5cm in diameter. Photos attached for reference, and what the other matching light looks like. Preferable Monday 26th of August or Friday 30th August fix, after 12PM.
