Install insulation in ceiling space in an apartment in North Melbourne. 1 to 2 person, 1 day job. Labour only we will provide insulation. The apartment is small, 1 bed, 8.5m x 6m = 51m2 total.

Entry door will not close properly. The locking mechanism hits the door frame to prevent it closing. Door appears to have ‘dropped’.

I have 2 large mirrored doors that keep falling off the sliders. I can’t lift them to put them back in and the sliders need replacing (I have the new ones) in order for it to stop falling off the runners

Needing someone to come help remove the exisiting bracket on the wall and to mount our new clothes dryer on the wall. Will need tools, screws and drill to do this. Dryer is not heavy and we will be here to help pick up and Mount dryer onto wall. Therefore will be a very simple, straightforward job. Please see photos attached of the long horizontal bracket that needs to be removed and the 2x new brackets that need to be attached. We don’t have enough bolts (only have the 2x exisiting) so will need tasker to bring some to the job. Would prefer if someone could do the job today or tomorrow (Tuesday) but weekends can do also.

Three slats have broken off a bed and needs to be fixed back on the bed and it needs to be modified to make sure it does not break off again.

The kitchen and 2 bedroom windows are leaking from the bottom when it rains. I need these windows repaired. I am on the middle floor of a 3 level apartment building.

Door size is a standard - 2040 mm x 820mm Ideally It requires the following: New deadlatch New door handle Door guard (door chain alternative) Cut out and metal post slot Address number Peephole All of the above finished in silver/stainless steel satin finish if possible. I also need the old door/frame etc removed from site. I don't mind if it's timber or MDF. I need to get it painted a similar colour so it would be raw finish. Job location is in North Melbourne. Drilling hole into wall to hang art

We have a canvas artwork in a frame that needs to be installed in our office. The artwork is heavy and the wall is uneven and solid. We need someone with the right equipment and expertise to install this as we have failed and tried using tape/stickers/"command" strips from Officeworks. A drill is probably needed to install a hook directly into the solid wall.

We need two large art/picture frames to be hung above a stairwell.

Need someone to fill in holes in wall left behind from mounting TVs and pictures etc on walls. Also there is a small rip on one of the walls that could use some repair as well. Please see attached images showing the walls and the types and sizes of the holes. We are preparing walls for painting.
