Booking on behalf of a customer - Needing quotes or prices of how much it would be to fix up some paint damage done on walls. Only have one picture of wall that needs to be fixed. Approx 5-6 patches of the same size that need to be repainted.

I ordered venetian blinds online, with the intention of installing them myself. I’ve only been successful at installing one blind, because I cannot drill into the window recess far enough for the screws. I have a handheld hammer drill, but it’s not powerful enough. Rather than buy another appliance, I’d prefer to hire a professional who can handle the rest of the job. There are 4 windows left. The building is a 70s apartment with brick & concrete veneer walls. The blinds are secured by a metal bracket on each end (I have plenty of masonry screws). One is a double blind and it will need to be secured in the middle too.

We have two rooms with holes in the walls. One is from screws that once held a mirror and the other from a blind bracket that was removed above a window. We need them puttied and painted (not painting entire wall). We can supply the paint but not the putty.

I have four posts that just need regular screws into plaster roof. The product will have no weight attached, it’s simply for stability. The four posts also need to be level and accurately spaced.

Will need you to come up with a good way to install a shelf in each of these cavities next to the gas heater, and then source the materials and install. Preference for a glass shelf.

Sliding cavity door isn’t sliding well. I think one of the rollers is broken or needs adjusting
