Find an experienced handyman in Northcote

I have a 48"ceiling fan I need to get installed. The ceiling fan is a DC fan (Ventair Skyfan) and includes a remote, so doesn't need a switch installed. There is an existing light at where the ceiling fan needs to be installed. Access to the roof is via a 420x420mm manhole (so better suited for smaller people). I have a ladder at home so you don't need to bring your own. Very flexible with installation but rather asap.

1. Lock on external door is temperamental, requiring handle to be positioned just so to lock. 2. Small wall touch ups where frames have been hung. 3. Disconnect washing machine 4. Deconstruct queen IKEA bed

External shutter on upstairs window was removed and then refitted when we had our weatherboards replaced. We've since discovered two problems: 1) The frame of the shutter has been put back higher than it should be, this stops us from opening the window 2) The roller is stuck in the closed position and will not open. I can hear the motor trying but there's no movement. The external window/shutter is located on the first floor of a townhouse, access via ladder. Note roof is tiled so caution is required.

Blind has fallen off wall and taken a small part of window sill down. Need to be drilled back in securely

I need this wall of book shelving taken down from a shop and then reinstalled in two parts in the shop next door. ( half of one wall half on the other) The shelves themselves unhook easily which I can do, but need someone to remove the frame carefully and then reinstall. As it’s a working shop, the removal part needs to be completed before 945am, but the reinstall can be done after that. Ideally done this Thursday or Friday.

Wash and clean the deck. Then oil and coat. House sits on 150 metre block and deck wraps around the body of the house on one side only. Must be done on a Sunny day ideally on a weekend so may need some flexibility around weather conditions.
