I need an Easy Shed 3m x 0.78 installed.

Requiring the assembly of Kaboodle kitchen, pantry and fridge cavity, two door tall cabinet and small laundry in newly renovated areas (no demolition required). For the laundry, also requiring the installation of wooden benchtops, including cut out for the sink (benchtops and sink supplied). Areas fully prepped for fit out and all materials supplied. Kaboodle kitchen design plans have been drawn up (via in-house consultation) so should be an easy assemble. Design plans will be provided to installer.

Looking for someone with the tools and experience to help install a towel rail and ring in tile in our bathroom. We don’t have the right drill bits etc.

Repair slightly buckled roller garage door panel. Roller garage door has a buckled bottom panel. Door still rolls up and down fine (I have checked both manual and automatic modes) but catches at the top due to the buckling (see attached photo). Looks like the bottom panel just needs to be taken off, straightened and then put back on.

Need someone to install baby gates: https://permachildsafety.com.au/products/1-8m-wide-standard-retractable-gate Will require drilling a hole in the wall. Also put together a simple baby stand (I’m useless).

I have an electric window roller shutter that is not working the machine is working because I can hear it but it’s not going up or down we opened it up to see what the problem is so I will have photos of it being opened from the top

Hallway garage door - needs to be looked at, hard to lock Front door - off its hinges potentially, it’s crooked which means it’s can’t lock unless it’s pulled in a lot. Garage door - hard to turn handle when it’s shut Living room door - needs to be slammed for it to be closed properly Kitchen cabinets - hinges are a bit off and need to be tightened. May need a floating shelf installed too in the bathroom if you’re able too.

I need someone to fix the timber on my balcony, which has been chewed by my puppy. The damage needs to be repaired before the end of my lease. I’m looking for someone with experience in timber repair to restore it to its original condition, making sure it looks neat and professional.

Got my roof top tent from kings. They put the roof top with box on my roof rack. Didn’t help with installation. Need someone to bring it down. Install it and put it up. Should not be too hard. The bathroom lock has become a bit finicky. If replacement is needed can provide one.

Recently noticed water ingress during heavy rain near the corners of my 2 bedrooms, the side of which this is happening is glass. Due to which the plywood carpet underlay is seen as rotten near the corners. Need a good professional tradie to fix the water ingress. I have attached few pics of one of the corner and the glass window for reference. This is happening in 2 corners of each bedroom.
