One of the door handles was broken just need the handle replaced. To open door the handle it needs to lift towards you and rotate downwards clockwise to release the latch at the bottom of the door.

The kitchen cupboard / drawer opens by running along metal tracks. The drawer used to glide very smoothly on the tracks but it is now very hard to open and close and does not completely close. It has become very sticky because of the metal tracks it runs along. Depending on your assessment, the metal tracks either need to be throughly cleaned and lubricated or completely replaced. You need to determine how to get the drawer opening and closing smoothly again and undertake whatever action necessary.

Weather damaged wooden window frames to be repaired.

I have had a hole in my wall where people have pulled on the hand rail and loosened the plaster. It has gradually gotten worse over time, and I need someone to come and fix it for me.

We would like two coat racks installed into our wall. We have attempted to do it ourselves but when drilling into the wall, we have had trouble getting the screws in deep enough to install the racks. We think there might be brick behind the plaster so would need something to drill into this. We also require a toilet roll holder installed which we have had similar trouble drilling into the wall.

I need a handyman that can fix electronics to obtain and solder a $6 Jaycar switch into my recliner sofa. https://www.jaycar.com.au/spdt-250v-3a-miniature-micro-switch-with-lever/p/SM1038 I have the part number and photos of how to fix but I'm not physically present at the moment so can't fit myself. The sofa is currently intact but stuck in an open position. It has two switches at each end (4x in total). One to open, one to close. Only one of these on one side has broken and this will need to be de-soldered and replaced with a new one. It took me around 1 hour when I did it previously. The fix can be crude as long as it works. It's not a precision soldering affair. Process: - Disconnect power pack - Flip sofa onto it's back by tilting it - pull back fabric on the broken side - use a stubby (or short) phillips screwdriver to undo the switch circuitboard - Desolder/cut off the broken switch - Remove the steel actuator lever off the new one (not needed) - Use pliers to trim tabs of the new one a little so it physically slots into the circuitboard holes - Resolder the new one in it's place - Refit is the reverse of removal, refit battery pack and test sofa (should work fine) Please refer previous work that you've completed in the response to the task. I'm looking for someone comfortable with soldering a simple circuit board (refer my pics). Apartment is located in Prahran, Melbourne, 3181.
