Need probably a multi-kit drill to cut a 2cm hole in the wall on a metal door frame

We would like two coat racks installed into our wall. We have attempted to do it ourselves but when drilling into the wall, we have had trouble getting the screws in deep enough to install the racks. We think there might be brick behind the plaster so would need something to drill into this. We also require a toilet roll holder installed which we have had similar trouble drilling into the wall.

Door handle on both sides needs repairing as it’s loose/broken and can easily be ripped off.

Carpentry work on a roof * Lining boards need replacing on one side of the roof (roughly 2m) * 2-3 eaves to be cut back and replaced with new wood for guttering * one fascia needs replacing

I just received a backdrop paper system, that needs to be assembled and drilled into brick! I need a handyman that can fix electronics to obtain and solder a $6 Jaycar switch into my recliner sofa. https://www.jaycar.com.au/spdt-250v-3a-miniature-micro-switch-with-lever/p/SM1038 I have the part number and photos of how to fix but I'm not physically present at the moment so can't fit myself. The sofa is currently intact but stuck in an open position. It has two switches at each end (4x in total). One to open, one to close. Only one of these on one side has broken and this will need to be de-soldered and replaced with a new one. It took me around 1 hour when I did it previously. The fix can be crude as long as it works. It's not a precision soldering affair. Process: - Disconnect power pack - Flip sofa onto it's back by tilting it - pull back fabric on the broken side - use a stubby (or short) phillips screwdriver to undo the switch circuitboard - Desolder/cut off the broken switch - Remove the steel actuator lever off the new one (not needed) - Use pliers to trim tabs of the new one a little so it physically slots into the circuitboard holes - Resolder the new one in it's place - Refit is the reverse of removal, refit battery pack and test sofa (should work fine) Please refer previous work that you've completed in the response to the task. I'm looking for someone comfortable with soldering a simple circuit board (refer my pics). Apartment is located in Prahran, Melbourne, 3181.

Patch hole in wall left by plumber to investigate a leak (no leak found). No need to paint (we need to find the right colour). Need done by Christmas please.

I need some extra hand to put up my skylight. Already put the fan , so its not a story of doing it for mebbe really helping as its a two person job. It is mainly to cut the hole and build the fram that I need help as after that everything need to cures.

Carpenter needed to re-align/re-hang the front door. Door has dropped on its hinges slightly, no longer latches properly each close - have to lift by the handle slightly for it to take. Everything is in good condition otherwise - door was taken off a couple months ago to shave the bottom, so I think this is a result of it not being hung properly when put back..

Need to fix Carpet floor, our cat scratched it. It is just two small areas and minor though

The front panel of a drawer has detached. We believe the mechanism has to be replaced for it to be reattached and function again. We are happy to pay for parts, it's the guidance on what to buy and installation. Thanks
