Hello, one small chip in bench that I’m seeking repair of.

I need some extra hand to put up my skylight. Already put the fan , so its not a story of doing it for mebbe really helping as its a two person job. It is mainly to cut the hole and build the fram that I need help as after that everything need to cures.

A very small scratch needs quick repair due to customer giving us problems

We need someone to: 1 pull out the plant-pots and surrounding bark (around 0.8m3) and dispose of it, 2 pull out and dispose of the old galvanised tanking, 3 repair any rotted framing underneath the old one, and 4 fabricate and install a new planter box (conforming to latest building regs, if possible) There is a PVC pipe for drainage at the left-hand end of the existing planter box and this might be reusable. Access is only by ladder - we can't access it from inside the apartment any more.

Carpenter needed to re-align/re-hang the front door. Door has dropped on its hinges slightly, no longer latches properly each close - have to lift by the handle slightly for it to take. Everything is in good condition otherwise - door was taken off a couple months ago to shave the bottom, so I think this is a result of it not being hung properly when put back..

Need to fix Carpet floor, our cat scratched it. It is just two small areas and minor though

The front panel of a drawer has detached. We believe the mechanism has to be replaced for it to be reattached and function again. We are happy to pay for parts, it's the guidance on what to buy and installation. Thanks

Install mobility grab rails in toilet

I need two very strong people to manoeuvre and hold a 100kg commercial advertising screen. It does need to be lifted high, it just needs to be lifted onto a dolly and held upright on the dolly. The height of the dolly is the installation height. It’s got grab handles and I have a dolly which helps but simply getting it off the floor safely will require a lot of strength. I also need the timber crate/packaging the screen was delivered in taken away and disposed of, biggest pieces are 2m x 1m (face pieces).

I need around 12 - 15 pieces of art hung with hooks (most <10kg), and some pieces requiring holes drilled into the wall because of weight / value. Located in Prahran
