Need to divide a room with floor to ceiling walls plus plastering ( see image for example) with door installation. Will need good quality wall insulation in wall cavity as well. Approx measurements : 2.5m x 1.3m x ceiling 2.65m I’ll supply the door. You supply plaster, cornice, skirting, insulation, etc Would be good if you could do painting.

The flyscreens in a few windows are old and shredded and need to be replaced. The frames are fine, I just need someone with the know-how to fit and install new mesh. A third window has lost the frame completely, wondering if this can be replaced too?
