Hi there The middle panel of an exterior bifold door has stopped opening, possibly due to humidity over the weekend. It locks and unlocks from the inside so don't think that's the problem. I think I cracked the wood slightly trying to force it open so reluctant to try again. I am having a lounge delivered on Wednesday and will need this open for access. The price is for a call out and happy to pay $50 cash if you can open it.

We are seeking a skilled carpenter to install a pre-supplied door hood (Heka Hood product). The installation involves fastening the hood to the timber structure of the door head. Key Details: Top Door Trim Adjustment: The top door trim needs to be reduced to ensure the fasteners will screw into the door lintel (2 x 90x45 timbers). Fastener Type: Hex Washer Self-Drilling Screw Size: 14 gauge, Type 17 Length: 75 mm Fastener Locations: Minimum of 6 fasteners (two rows of 3) Each row: Place fasteners 50 mm from both ends, with one in the centre Note: The hood currently has two holes, which were used for powder coating. New holes will need to be drilled for fastening.
