Apartment was poorly treated by tenant and requires some fixes. Kitchen sink water mixer is loose and needs to be tightened/fixed. Ensuite toilet seat has become unhinged. I suspect the blind hinge is broken, the tenant appears to have tried to reattach the whole thing using silicone - see photos.

Hey I need to drill 3 holes into concrete to secure a post. I have the 10 mm x 160 excalibers, & drill bit but need a (preferably cordless)SDS rotary concrete hammer, drill to bore the holes if possible. Am st kilda local near the Alma rd cemetery can pick up and return if anyone’s got one handy plz? I have makita battery and a Milwaukee battery if for whatever reason you don’t have a charged one etc.

Would like to hire a handy man to fix up a few things in my property. Photos for this are attached - Cupboard: seems to be a hinge that is broken on one of the doors. - Patch up a leaking shower screen. There seems to be water seeping through a small area and into the bathroom. - Gas Knobs - there seems to be various gas knobs that have gotten loose over wear and tear over the years. Need these to be tightened. - Tap - the kitchen tap is very loose and needs to be tightened. - Curtain rod - seems everytime we pull the curtains the rod falls off. We need an ability to ensure it stays put. - Curtain Pulley - the pulley seems to be loose and every-time we pull it comes off. Need it to be strengthened. - Skylight cover - is torn and needs either parching or replacing. - There are a few holes, rips in the wall that need patching up. Hinges have seized up and latch has broken on side metal garden gate. I will need hinges and latch to be provided.

Wooden gate on hinges which was slowly coming apart has now fallen apart and needs to be put back together so I can shut it until it can rebuild it - gate also has digital lock with tongue that matches striker plate on fence - amount I'll agree to pay depends on amount of repair that is done, less for short term more for more permanent solution.
