Photos for this are attached - Cupboard: seems to be a hinge that is broken on one of the doors. - Patch up a leaking shower screen. There seems to be water seeping through a small area and into the bathroom. - Gas Knobs - there seems to be various gas knobs that have gotten loose over wear and tear over the years. Need these to be tightened. - Tap - the kitchen tap is very loose and needs to be tightened. - Curtain rod - seems everytime we pull the curtains the rod falls off. We need an ability to ensure it stays put. - Curtain Pulley - the pulley seems to be loose and every-time we pull it comes off. Need it to be strengthened. - Skylight cover - is torn and needs either parching or replacing. - There are a few holes, rips in the wall that need patching up.
