My windows frame is leaking only when it rains and it seems the rain water drops onto the horizontal stud on top the window frame and then flow thru to the window frame. Please see photos. This occuring in two rooms so which are facing outside, where there is an issue with drainage so there is excess water flow at this current time. Window frame is 39 inches across. Both exact same measurements I believe. Would love someone to come ASAP to inspect, replace frame.

I have purchased a mirror cabinet for my bathroom and need it fixed to the wall in my bathroom. I’ve started assembling the product but it needs the next step to be wall fixture. The wall is brick. My towel rail could also be replaced while you’re here if you have that skill as well as an old broken soap holder. This part is more a nice to have than a must Lastly I have purchased a bin that just needs 4 screws to be fixed into the kitchen.
