My windows frame is leaking only when it rains and it seems the rain water drops onto the horizontal stud on top the window frame and then flow thru to the window frame. Please see photos. This occuring in two rooms so which are facing outside, where there is an issue with drainage so there is excess water flow at this current time. Window frame is 39 inches across. Both exact same measurements I believe. Would love someone to come ASAP to inspect, replace frame.

A flyscreen door of a food truck needs to be repaired. Might need new nets for the installation as well. The ceiling in our hostel hallway (Lvl M) has been damaged due to water leakage, and a section of it needs to be renewed. There is a hole in the ceiling, approximately 50 cm in size, that requires plastering and repair. The task involves repairing the wall and reattaching a metal panel that became detached due to water leakage. The leakage compromised the structural integrity of the area, causing the panel to come loose. The job requires thorough inspection, plastering, and the careful reinstallation of the metal panel.

No equipment/no instructions needed. I have a ladder but I am still too short with the ladder (5’3’) Someone with long arms and possibly a level to help install blinds. I have all equipment, drill, screws, brackets, it is a very easy install. Basically involves 6 screws, three brackets, and lock the blind into place. The only reason I can’t do it myself is because I am short. Should only take half an hour tops. Must not be afraid of heights. Bonus if you have a spirit level I can borrow. The blind is on my balcony so it would really help to have long arms. I have a ladder.

Resealing of the following in two bathrooms please using a wet area sealant. See photos for reference. **Main bathroom** 1. Reseal around bath with white wet area sealant. Bath is 188cm length (one side) and 72cm depth (two sides). The sides are 1 cm wide i.e. relatively wide compared to most joins. 2. Seal around back of basin with white wet area sealant. Basin is 48cm length (there is currently no sealant on this basin). 3. Reseal around shower brackets with clear wet area sealant. Two brackets on both sides of the shower screen. Only need this to be resealed where the existing clear sealant has discoloured, not the entire shower frame seal. **En-suite bathroom** 1. Reseal entire perimeter of en-suite bathroom including shower recess with light grey or similar wet area sealant. This wet area sealant will be applied on top of an existing epoxy grout to match new grout colour sealant that has recently been applied to the floor. See floor plan attached for dimensions. 2. Reseal around back of basin with white wet area sealant. Basin is 48cm length. 3. Reseal back two walls of shower with white wet area sealant. Walls are 231cm height. 4. Reseal around shower brackets with clear wet area sealant. Two brackets on both sides of the shower screen. I have purchased a mirror cabinet for my bathroom and need it fixed to the wall in my bathroom. I’ve started assembling the product but it needs the next step to be wall fixture. The wall is brick. My towel rail could also be replaced while you’re here if you have that skill as well as an old broken soap holder. This part is more a nice to have than a must Lastly I have purchased a bin that just needs 4 screws to be fixed into the kitchen.

Just drilling 3 holes to the concrete ceiling so someone that has a proper strong drilling machine. They are just small size to attach a curtain rack on. I tried but my small drill didn’t do the job deep enough. I have a ladder for it. Just bring your drilling machine and drill bits.

I need a large canvas painting (100cm h * 150cm w) hung on a tall wall (about 2-2.5m high) above a staircase/stairwell. Please see the photos for context as it's a little bit tricky. The screw for hanging the canvas is already in the wall, I just need the canvas hung up again as it was recently taken down to paint inside the unit. The canvas has a string on the back, and the last time it was hung a long stick was used to guide it to the wall and "drop"it onto the screw.
