I have a medium sized framed photo (1st image) that I'd love to hang. It's on ferrules and all ready to go (2nd and 3rd photo) but I can't reach standing on a chair :) - would need a ladder (think ceiling is about 9 ft). Keen for someone to bring a ladder to hang this photo, inline with another on the same wall (4th photo). Free street parking available or I have underground parking if needed. It should be a 15 mins job hopefully, and am free from 12 pm to 2 pm on Friday 24th (tmrw) but do have flexibility for other dates.

The pvc has come out of the side Chanel’s in the external blinds. We need to permanently screw the PVC to each side Chanel so the wind does not blow in. It should take an hour. The height is 3000mm and 2 sides. You will need to supply screws to go through PVC and aluminium. This is a short term fix as new blinds are coming.

2 wooden slabs in my bad frame have snapped. Please fix

The head of the dynabolt holding a gate hinge to wall has broken. The hinge is now loose. You’ll need to allow for : - removing the large gate including the motors swing arm - replacing the lower hinge (or just the bolt) - remounting the gate and making sure the gate swings correctly to work with the gate motor (no problem with the motors operating the gate previously). It may be possible to reuse the lower hinge, but it could be difficult digging out the old bolt and then securing a new bolt in that same place in a secure way. I’ll leave that up to you. Please explain how you intend to do the repair with your quote.
