Fix outdoor blind- emergency

I need someone with a drill / tools to hang up 1 x artwork onto my wall. I don’t have a drill or screws.

My modern dog door to be completed. Door is already in place, just needs final adjusting and final steps. Door sometimes locks, other times does not, just needs adjusting on the lock. This job should be less than 10 minutes of work.

I just need someone to come and undrill some bolts for me lol
