Find an experienced handyman in Thornbury

Our front door swings into the hallway and blocks the path to the rest of the house once open. We'd like it to swing from the opposite side of the door frame. Similarly we'd like to change the swing of the fly screen door to match. Also would like to install a new electronic door handle.

There are two holes in the wall from a nail, I have attempted to paint/putty but it’s not working out for me.

Unbranded treadmill stopped working after 12 months. It cost $420. The power button on the top doesn’t turn on. A friend had a look and said it’s not the power or a blown fuse and could be the circuit board. I’m disabled, not working and on a tight budget. Hi! I am needing some assistance in installing two curtain brackets and hanging a heavy shelf in my apartment. The walls are made of masonry, and I’ve tried myself but can’t seem to make it work. I have a (cheap and probably nasty) hammer drill and the required screw sets etc but not the know how or strength to do myself. If someone who’s experienced and knows their way around drilling into masonry could assist that would be amazing! (shelf is 60cm long but i’ve tiled it with mirror so is quite heavy - i don’t have exact weight but ~5kgs maybe?)

The sizes are: 955x2300 975x2300 1025x2300 The walls are freshly painted brick walls in standard victorian style rooms in a standard single front small home. I need some help repairing the grout around a shower drain. The grout has started to crack and wear out, as shown in the included photo. Looking for someone experienced with tiling or grout repairs to fix this and ensure it’s properly sealed to prevent any water damage.
