Find an experienced handyman in Zetland

My sliding balcony door creaks in the wind - it seems to be caused by the pane itself being pushed by the wind and creaking as it moves. Aside from my assumption that it’s not good for the door itself, it is very, very annoying! I’ve tried cleaning / lubricating the tracks, putting new weather stripping around, attempted to adjust the height of the rollers – but I’m overlooking something as nothing has worked. I’m after someone who knows a thing or two about sliding doors and who can identify the issue to come by and fix it. The rollers were replaced this year, I have plenty of spare weatherstripping and easy slide spray. If anything else is needed I’m happy to grab it beforehand. Given how annoying it is, I’d prefer to get it sorted as soon as possible – I work from home Monday (ideal) and also Wednesday, home from 2:30pm on Tuesday. I can be flexible with time.

I need two picture frames hung on the wall. I’d like it as even as possible so you’ll need to have a hanging laser or some type of leveller. I have sticky pads/hooks and am renting so only these can be used (no nails or drilling into the wall). I have some tools / tool box and can supply sticky hooks/pads.

I have 4 frames varying in size that need hanging and one wall clock - see photos. One of them does not have a hook/wire to hang at the back so a mechanism or hook will need to be fixed to it prior to hanging. There is also a picture light that will need to be screwed in (Phillips head screw required likely)
