Tow store house 🏠,the top trianger timbers ( 3 sides) need to be repainted 2 coats. Not the colorbond. Only the green colour timber . I have paint ready. Any sunny sauturday is happy to get this done!

prepare doors , door trims, window frames as required in a 2bedroom unit for painting. We will do the painting ourselves Prepare means to include fill the uneven surfaces (see photos) with timber filler, sand, dust, tape around. Old paint is oil paint. Will be painted undercoat and then water based paint after prep. 7 doors in total 8 windows all together. Some windows and doors have been taped around already, but best to go through all to check they are done properly.

Task 1: Repaint bathroom walls and ceiling with mould resistant paint. Remove peeling paint before applying new paint. Task 2: Repaint ceiling in bedroom 2 (see floor plan). There’s some mould at one corner of the ceiling, which need to be removed before repaint. Task 3: replace wall skirting in kitchen (<3 metre)
