Leaking vanity sink in bathroom

I don't currently have plumbing for a fridge water line and would like it installed.

The tap has snapped off and requires replacement. Please include hardware in quote as I’m unsure which one to buy to replace it with.

Crack in pipe of front tap, just under ground. City West Water has inspected and the crack is just below soil line.

Already got tap. Could not open the faucet.

This toilet is in an office so I need this replaced when no one is working. A perfect time would be somewhere between Friday 7th at 5:30pm and Tuesday 11th at 7:30 am. I'm free anytime over this coming next weekend day or night! The old toilet will be already removed and ready for new toilet installation.

After flushing the toilet keeps running non stop, just need somebody to pop by and fix that up to save me $1000 on the next water bill :/ Can provide any extra details as required.

Leaking and hissing shower head. Washers seem to be okay and shower head is new.

Plumber needed. Kitchen tap to be changed over. We have the new tap ready to go. The valves for the bathroom faucet handles need to be replaced - we also have these. Valves for 2 showers to be replaced also. Both hot and cold.
