Put door back on hinge some bits a little rusty

Top hinge keeps coming loose from door frame and door not shutting so need that fixed.

I need someone who can fix the hinges of the door. Put the door back together and fix a hole in it.

Door has come off hinges and is broken. need door replaced and attached before saturday. Door needs to be measured and purchased by air tasker and we will pay the cost. I can provide a piece of the door in order to be colour matched

- adjust all doors hinges of all kitchen cabinets, bedrooms wardrobes, laundry door, also fridge doors - ⁠roller blind detail in second bedroom to fix/adjust - ⁠exhaust fan in second bathroom doesn't work - check if can be fixed - paining/patching - there are a few scratches in the living room - check if you can wash them off or patch them to get rid of those marks? Depending on what’s done will be the final payment.

Sliding door to laundry cupboard hinges have all broken off. Additionally, one of the bed room light switches has sunken into the wall,

Our door has sagged on one side and needs what needs to be done to realign it. Right now it’s scraps against the ground mid way through opening it and needs to be lifted when closed for the lock to fit the hole.

I have a shower (Corner shower with two slide doors). The doors are tricky and frquently jam. I belive their rungs and wheels may need replacing. I can get new hardware, if required.

Bathroom stall door has come off its hinges. Needs repairing.

Changed to block out curtains and they are too heavy for the curtain tracks and have fallen down. 1. Tracks are from IKEA were secured to the Gyprock. They need to be drilled into the metal frame and secured. (3 x 1400mm tracks) require securing. There are included IKEA securing devices pictured that lock into the track by turning them 90 degrees. If you have a better securing method, happy to hear your idea. Ceiling is gyprock on a metal frame suspended, see photo of aluminium. 2. Window locks are all loose. May need re drilling and securing with correct screws into the aluminium frame. (4 x window locks). Pictures attached. Any questions please ask.
