Need a plaster for ongoing maintenance work part time.

I’ve a roller shutter on a second story that no longer lifts. It’s electric. The motor runs but shutter doesn’t raise. Need a service, repair or motor replacement? Not sure! The shutter is on a second floor inside an eve. It’s approximately 1.6m wide and regular window drop.
