Hi. I require this entry way mirror to be hung properly in the entry way of the apartment. Someone with previous experience would be preferred. Will need to bring own equipment however can offer some assistance with handling on the day. Reasonably heavy. Date can be flexible with Tuesday afternoons preferred or Wednesday morning.

A soft close kitchen drawer ( hafele fitting ) is broken and will not close( cutlery drawer) A kitchen cupboard keeps opening and the latch needs to be adjusted ( we have the hafele fitting for this one)

Four hours work. Adjust sliding door, install weather shield on another door, screw in hand holds for access to pool pump. Another small job or two if time permits.

I need help remounting a large blind to a plasterboard wall with anchor wall plugs. I have the wall plugs, a ladder and can help taking it off the wall and putting it back up after the mounting has been fixed.

I am trying to remove the seat outfitting from a kayak, and there are three bolts that are stuck. One is partially hidden behind the seat and is difficult to stop from spinning to undo (photos 2-4 get far to closer views of this hidden in the hole, can reach from side but it's tricky) - likely need to use a hacksaw blade to cut bolt between boat and seat. The two other bolts are in full view but stripped and difficult to get off (last photo), and it has been suggested they need to drilled out, or possibly with needle nose pliers holding bottoms and using a bigger drill bit in top to remove. Need specific tools such as hacksaw, needle nose pliers, and knowledge how to drill out bolts. Thanks

I keep running into issues with mounting some shelves I have cut down. Seems to be there is drywall and then some concrete or jib rock. If I manage to get drill a hole there is then a small gap and then brick. Would love some help getting these up as I’ve tried multiple screw options and I’m creating lots of holes ahhhhh

I need the following done by a skilled carpenter: 1.Drill hole in 2 doors and add new handles (existing hole is there just needs to be bigger) 2.Nail gun quad (just need gun and nails) to inside bathroom. Quad may need to be cut a bit more to fit. 3. Finish caulking (neatly) inside kitchen and vanity in bathroom (silicone supplied). 4. Move a few items to my car and take rubbish out. Items include tile cutter, medium villaboard 2-3 bags of rubbish and tools. 5. Help me assemble a metal queen bed (just base no bed head)

The task includes cleaning, preparing the surfaces for painting. Painting 2 (or more as required) coats of paint on the gutter, fascia, downpipe, trims of our terrace house. We are unsure if it will be easier to spray the paint on or brush. Happy to take advice from an experienced painter. We will supply the Dulux paint so don’t include in the price.

I need a skilled and licenced tradesman to plaster my walls (about 10m2)in kitchen, assemble and install flat pack kitchen, tile splashback (ceramic subway). I need this tradesmen to be flexible with dates and communicate clearly, supply an itemised invoice. I have tile adhesive. I need the flatpack carried up the two flights of stairs into my apartment on the day of delivery. It should arrive within 4weeks and would keep you posted. If you can only assemble and install kitchen then adjust the price accordingly as this price includes all works.
