Need to fix latent plaster join. Need to remove cornice and join ceiling plaster between 2 rooms where a wall was removed. See pics for more details. Ceiling is 3.6m high so tall ladder/scaffolding will be required. Also side of cabinet to be fixed. Job must be completed before this weekend.

We have a range of things which need tending to at home, including: - a sliding door which is jammed & can’t open or close - a sliding door lock which is jammed & doesn’t work - magnetic door closers which don’t work anymore - a loose tap which needs securing - a hand towel rack which needs to be re-secured

Grout repair single bathroom - around sink area / bath tiles

Door 1 - just needs to be put back on the top track so it’s not dragging along the carpet Door 2 - the hinges need attention as it’s dragging along the carpet or need to make it higher

Two garden hose racks requiring drilling into brickwork - two holes each and my drill won’t cut it.

Window flyscreen and frame need fixing

I have 3 small areas with squeaky floors. 1 is on the yellowtongue subfloor. The other 2 are on hardwood floorboards. See pictures of flooring area. It should just require a few long screw through to the joist with putty applied on top. Only looking for someone with experience fixing these.

Instal a keyboard slider on my desk; requires a drill, bit and small metal screws

Install smart doorbell to brick wall, requires hammer drill, masonry bits, wall plugs and screws. Install smart doorbell lock to front door, requires removing existing lock and catch, carving cavity into door etc. I can do the setup of the devices myself; just need someone to install them to the wall / door

The manhole to access our crawlspace was installed shoddily. Now it's broken and we need it fixed. There are two possible ways to fix it, and we'd be happy to discuss either and go with whatever is easiest. In short, we need either one or two new truss spacers installed in such a way that they can support a tradesperson's weight. We also need the trim pieces reattached (or new ones cut and installed). If it's easiest to keep the manhole the same size, we'd need some plaster fixed up, as it has broken (see picture). Finally, we need a piece of gyprock or plywood cut to size for the manhole cover. We will do the painting. You will need to supply materials (if you are a carpenter, we presume these would be offcuts or scrap)

Handyman tasks : We have a series of handyman jobs that need to be completed. - The biggest job is a short length of brickwork that needs to be rendered on a balcony. (see image). Looking for someone with experience rendering due to the design of the brick this may be a more challenging task. - The second is a gap along the length of the underside of a windowsill needs to be filled. This is largely to stop any airflow coming through or heating going out. - A stair-rod has fallen off and needs to re-affixed (see image appears was applied with liquid nails type adhesive) - A metal steel plate needs to be re-affixed onto an internal door. Will need to provide all own tools and equipment for works & please provide past examples of work if applicable. The main task is the brickwork rendering so this would be the priority.. Happy to negotiate on price.

The metal screw that sticks out from the outlet was snapped off by moving furniture along the wall. I've tried to secure the cable in with tape but it disconnects randomly. Are you able to reconnect it so the connection is steady and it will look good enough for the landlord at the end of the lease? Looking for a quote too. Thanks for your help :) Felix

Celling need new plaster install

A soft close kitchen drawer ( hafele fitting ) is broken and will not close( cutlery drawer) A kitchen cupboard keeps opening and the latch needs to be adjusted ( we have the hafele fitting for this one)

Four hours work. Adjust sliding door, install weather shield on another door, screw in hand holds for access to pool pump. Another small job or two if time permits.

Task: Installation of Stickers and Signage Complete the installation of pre-printed stickers and signage on windows and walls. Details: Window Stickers: - All stickers for windows are printed and ready to be applied. Wall Signage: - Wall signs require a board to be cut to size for mounting. - After cutting, the board should be attached to the wall using screws. Full Wall Wallpaper: - There is one full wall wallpaper that needs to be applied. - This wallpaper is not a sticker and requires special glue for installation. Instructions: - Require necessary tools for installation (screwdriver, glue, cutting tools, etc.). - Follow all safety protocols while performing installations. - Ensure all materials are securely attached and free of bubbles or imperfections.

Install shelf so I can put plants around

I am trying to remove the seat outfitting from a kayak, and there are three bolts that are stuck. One is partially hidden behind the seat and is difficult to stop from spinning to undo (photos 2-4 get far to closer views of this hidden in the hole, can reach from side but it's tricky) - likely need to use a hacksaw blade to cut bolt between boat and seat. The two other bolts are in full view but stripped and difficult to get off (last photo), and it has been suggested they need to drilled out, or possibly with needle nose pliers holding bottoms and using a bigger drill bit in top to remove. Need specific tools such as hacksaw, needle nose pliers, and knowledge how to drill out bolts. Thanks
