Labourer Needed for a Day’s Work in Kensington All materials supplied. Need help hanging plasterboards internally in my warehouse office – also odd jobs tiding up and light lifting easy jobs, mainly screwing plaster boards into the wall frame. Offering $250 for a full day, I’m very flexibility on times AM or PM weekends and weekdays. Potential for more work if you’re keen. Also If you’re comfortable with the stopping of the joints with the top-coat & spatula, if you know how to do it, it will be great. (very small job)

I have bought and tried to install a new ceiling exhaust fan in bathroom but not sure it’s the right fit for the space. Need some advice and for this or a new fan to be installed. I think the plaster around the hole in the roof will also need repair. I also have an area around a new air conditioner outlet that needs plaster repair.

The are 3 wooden top hung windows - 1 downstairs in the dining room and 2 upstairs in the rear bedroom. (1) The winding mechanism to open and close the windows may need repairs or replacements. (2)The bottom edge of the window panels may need to be adjusted or shaved as it's scraping the window sill causing jamming and straining the winding mechanism. (3)One of the vertical sliding internal window may need adjustment as the swivelling lock doesn't engage properly. Work has to be done neatly and shoes not worn in the house.

2 sliding cavity doors need to be fixed. One door does not align with the lock and the other does not open and close smoothly. The second door also needs a lock installed (I will supply part - see photo). To be done at the end of November.

Remove a kitchen cabinet currently part of a larger unit. See photos. Need to fit a larger fridge in the space

Wall needs re plastering. See photos. Roughly 2.5m x 2.5m (does not need to be painted)

The front door bottom seal has come loose and half of it has broken away leaving a gap between the front door, the house and the ground below. Below is a pic Dom has sent through to me. It is going to allow quite a draft to come through the house. A handyman would be able to sort this easy. As mentioned on my last routine inspection, the toilet seat is in need of repairing.

We have a courtyard out the back of our place. Birds keep coming in and setting up nests which is becoming very annoying. Would like some netting installed to seal off the courtyard. The picture attached is from the outside of the house, showing the gap that needs to be sealed up with some netting. Pretty quick job but need some help as I’ve got quite a sore back currently.

Single garage spring (black and green spring) has snapped, and requires replacement (including purchase of a new spring) and putting the new spring in place.

Our fence has become dislodged in the high winds recently, so we are looking for someone to install some brackets of some sort and connect back together and close the gap.

Balustrade has fallen off from our balcony and urgently needs to placed back.
