One of the outside wood are of the window has rotted and needs replacement/fix. The area needs to be replaced/fixed. We need someone available on the 6th of April at 10 AM before our next guest comes in at 3 PM. Please check the photo. This is the only one we have though. We do have a video from our housekeeper but the view is from the inside of the house.

Hello, I need someone to install a grab rail on a bathroom wall. This job will involve removing the toilet roll holder from the wall and installing the grab rail. The grab rail should be installed at a height of 83cm from the ground. I have also included a photo of a grab rail installed in another bathroom to indicate the lateral position from the toilet.
