-Re-attach wooden panel behind blind to wall (see photos) -Install cleats/anchors to wall so blind cords can be secured off floor (see photos - I will buy cleats prior) x 6 blinds -Replace washers in shower taps -Tighten toilet seat

A blind pully string broke and we need it re-threaded. The top of the mechanism is about 3m high, so ladder use will be needed (but can be supplied). We have the string, but the plastic clasp needs replacing.

Need an electronic door handle installed, from start to finished working order, without damage to handle. Door will need to be cut and jam preferably a carpenter with experience. To be upfront because of previous air taskers doing terrible jobs then making excuses I will not pay for a hack job. But if you do a professional job of course more than happy to pay.

My door fell off as the timber surround had rotted so I need a new vertical surround piece supplied and installed onto the brickwork and then I need the door fixed to this surround with new hinges. It’s just the surround piece of wood that is required 2.4m in length see photos. I need you to supply all required items, screws, hinges, glue if required etc.

We would like a reliable and competent tradie to install 2 x security cameras. They are “Ring Spotlight Cam Pro solar” - there is a camera and separate solar panel for each unit. See photos of surface it needs to be screwed into - either a wooden post or bricks. So you will need a good drill, maybe several types of drills for bricks or wood. You will also need a ladder - we don’t have a big one. We would like you to come this weekend please. Manufacturer includes hardware - security screw for metal collar, mounting screws, wall anchors. Will also need your help to pick the best mounting spot for optimal camera angle and viewing (I have the Ring ap to see camera picture). Plenty of free parking in the street - this won’t be a problem.

I need this wall of book shelving taken down from a shop and then reinstalled in two parts in the shop next door. ( half of one wall half on the other) The shelves themselves unhook easily which I can do, but need someone to remove the frame carefully and then reinstall. As it’s a working shop, the removal part needs to be completed before 945am, but the reinstall can be done after that. Ideally done this Thursday or Friday.
