Wash and clean the deck. Then oil and coat. House sits on 150 metre block and deck wraps around the body of the house on one side only. Must be done on a Sunny day ideally on a weekend so may need some flexibility around weather conditions.

Existing screws to two of our exterior shade poles have come loose - looking for someone to secure the poles. Requires someone with a tall ladder (that can reach gutters) to complete job.

Samsung Washing Machine 8.5kg with Dryer 6kg WD85K6410OW Has been playing up recently. It is still running, however it tends to shake more than usual and when the cycle finishes it used to play a song and unlock the machine at the end. It no longer does this. It seems to be out of sync. I tried unplugging the machine for 15-20 minutes and it did not resolve the problem.
