Find an experienced handyman in Port Melbourne

I have three exhaust fans - two in ensuite and guest bathrooms (guest bathroom has one two seperate openings but it's the one exhaust fan) with the third in a laundry recess - which are no longer operating as they should (that is, steam will just build up in the bathrooms even though the fan is switched on and you can hear the motor working). All are located on the ground level of a two story townhouse, then a central vent travels up to the roof via the back of a kitchen cuppord (see pic). To be clear, the external vent is not accessible from within the home and will require roof access via a ladder which I can supply. I have no way of knowing the make or model of the exhaust fans but would guess they are about 10 years old as that was when then last major renovation to the home took place. I have cleaned the vents within the bathroom as best I can. The sounds of the motor/fans seems normal so I suspect the issue is just about cleaning. I need someone with suitable qualifications to come and identify why the fans aren't working as they should and do the necessary repair work.

Need a long baby gate (dream baby 3 in 1) wall mounted across a room (3.8m) but it doesn’t quite reach all the way (15cm short as the full length of the room is 3.95m). We need help with a professional hanging job. We have 2 medium size picture frames, and 4 small picture frames we need to hang in our apartment. We recently painted, so we need new hanging hardware for each picture. All 6 pictures have hanging wire, we just need the wall mount. Do 4 wholes in 2 walls (total Of 8 wholes). The wall is marked with the 4 holes all you have to do it’s drill and screw it. It’s for a bracket. I could even do it myself if I borrow you hammer drill. I have an audit from a fire contractor that did not provide photos of the 3 doors. I need photos of the 3 fire doors including door handles. I also need measurements of the height, width and thickness of the 3 doors. I will provide the locations of the 3 doors and access code to enter the apartment complex. Prefer someone that lives close by Port Melbourne as it should not take long to take photos and measurements.
