All round handy man required. 4-5 apartment windows (wooden frames) have recently become difficult / impossible to close, partially due to recent exterior painting by body corp and some ware n tear due to age. They require maintenance - sanding perhaps for them to close. Also hoping for some spot painting of some window frames - mainly the base area (as seen in photo). And 1 toilet roll holder repaired.

Help change light globe in an outdoor light. Clean a few cobwebs/mould off exterior of house - you would need a long extendable cleaner for this, we do not own one. Sand and repaint a few areas on walls which have been repaired. This will be a day or two of work I think. We are looking for a handyman who can partially sand old paint, fill and paint a door and the door frame exposed to a balcony. This is for the first door and door frame only requiring painting. It will also need sanding and painting at the base of the frame to ensure the door opens and closes easily. This does not include the window frame or inside the door.
