Looking for a handyman to look at a few things at Fernwood Ascot Vale. Ladies only gym so needs to be during off peak times between 11am and 3pm. 1. Vent in the door has come off. Needs to be put back on. 2. We need a toaster rack to be put together 3. TV on wall won’t turn on. Batteries replaced. TV is too high for us to look at. Please bring a ladder and check for issues. 4. We need two big fans in the group fitness room to be put up. Please check the room and see what’s required.

Tv cabinet has been ripped off the wall. Looking to have it repaired, reinforced and remounted. Would rather a ‘proper job’ than just patching it up and it happening again. Scope is: Remove tv bracket and tv from wall. Remove gyprock panel. Repair damage to wall. Add supports to studs to avoid it happening again and to provide something more sturdy to mount to. Replace/Repair plasterboard Repaint whole wall to make sure colour is even Remount tv unit. I can provide paint however I’d like you to provide gyprock, plaster, mounts and anything else you need to do the job. Let me know if you want to do the painting step or not. If not I can do the repainting of the wall but let me know if you include it or not. I’ve got the paint and painting supplies. I’ve also got a lock I’d like mounted on a cabinet like the one pictured. Let me know if you’re able to do this also. Need lock supplied. My apartment has a nook with a desk. I want to have the desk removed and have a floor cabinet and wall cabinet built and installed. The picture shows carpet, but I have hybrid flooring installed. I would also need the electric socket to be moved. The area is 105cm wide and 60cm deep. The second picture I've uploaded is what another apartment has done, which I like. I've put the price as $100 because I'm unsure what the actual cost will be.

Need holes fixed asap as I have an inspection

I tried to install the floating shelf from Ikea on our plaster board well and the plaster board wall was very thin and the shelf came down with two holes. I tried to fix this from wall repair kit but as you can see form the pics it does not look perfect and its bothering me. I was hoping that someone is able to help with making this look normal and the same as the rest of the wall? Would be great if this can be done in the next two days, in terms of time I am available whenever suits you really. Let me know if you have any questions for me.
