CBD Apartment. Have some water leaking to bottom unit from shower. Need to resilicone shower area. Fix bottom row mosaic tile wall area closest to the shower floor. Please see red area. Have to fix plasterboard and rewaterproof affected area as 5-8 tiles has a tiny bit of movement most likely due to water damage. Mosaic tiles has to be cleaned and reused as cannot get same replacement. Neat silicone work is required. B&L Grey colour silicone preferred.

I have had a plasterer put in a P50 angle between the joinery and the existing plasterboard wall. Unfortunately it has cracked and needs to be fixed. I am not sure a P50 will do it, but need to have a gap between the joinery and the plasterboard.
