Two issues. 1. Water is leaking around the edges of toilet in bathroom. Water consistently leaks out and the flow increase when toilet is flushed. Maybe needs to be waterproofed again. Toilet seat has complete detached, unsure of it could be attached again. Repair toilet seat (install new if unrepairable)

We want to install a hand bidet faucet in toilet. We have to purchase the bidet yet.

We have a leaking laundry tap where the washing machine connects to the wall tap under the sink - even when the tap has been turned off. Require a plumber to observe and fix the issue - unsure whether it’s the O Ring, Fibre Washer, Jumper Washer or something else. Currently the hose needs to wrap around the front of the cabinet to reach the tap. Would also wish to include creating a hole through the aluminium/plastic cabinet to ensure the path of least resistance for the washing machine hose. We have an additional hose that came with the washing machine for use. When installing we used current connection.

Please help unclog two old drains I don't own this home so not interested in the cctv service, just removal of blockage thank you

Exisiting tap exists to dishwasher, would like to split this water line and plumb into a new fridge sitting next to it. Must be certified plumber, with ability to find parts required for the job, but have all the parts from the fridge as it’s been purchased new.

Bathroom sink is clogged and water takes forever to drain. Have not tried to unclog myself…

Small semi-frameless shower used to close nicely and keep the water in, but no longer does. No guard and also maybe a closing issue. Water ends up all over the floor outside the lip of the shower

Tap is loose at base needs tightening

Need a plumber to fix 2x toilet. 1x toilet is working but when you flush, it would take time 1x toilet's button is faulty. When you push it, it won't go back up so the water inside the toilet keeps going Not sure if the inlet valve is the problem for both units. Not an urgent task atm.

Need to fix leaking hot water washer in shower.

Dishwasher turns on and makes sound but no water circulates and nothing is cleaned - just makes a humming sound

Blocked Drains - shower drain is blocked, as well as the connected bathroom drain, both overflow after 1 minute when the shower is on. Kitchen sink is also blocked but I think this is unrelated to the shower block, as the laundry is not blocked. Apartment building (floor 9). I work long hours so only available after 5pm or weekends. Licensed plumbers only.

a) I have a bathroom tap which i need changed over to a new one (i have purchased this one already and ready to go). Currently, the bottom of this is also leaking. b) The washing machine tap connection is leaking (only the cold water and it's as if the inside has worn down). I need fixing

The drain in my shower and bathroom is blocked, need it unblocked. Kitchen drain could also use a clean.

Should just be a simple relight of the pilot light for the hot water! Instructions are on the lid but I’m a little hesitant to do it first time without being showed/watching someone else first :)

Hi there, Looking for someone who's available to fix a leaking plug and a leaking bath. The plug is one of those pop in and out silver ones and I also noticed when it leaks the water is coming from the earlier pipes instead of the correct one. Please see photos attached. Note incorrect plug is in there, was testing another plug to see if that would be a temp fix.
