Hello , The grout in and out of my shower is breaking up and the tiles feel unsteady. I'd like this fixed please. If you can also replace a shower head to one that is hand held that would also be great.

We have a new plumbed fridge, and the connector our plumber fit off appears thread damaged and the threaded tap connector won’t go on. Plumber needed to attend, inspect the connector and replace if necessary - and to help get the connector fit to the machine. All parts are on site (filter, water pipe, and threaded nut connector) Fridge is an LG 508L Slim French Door Fridge in Matte Black Finish GF-V500MBLC

We need someone experienced in plumbing to connect our washing machine. It seems to be leaking from the tub waste (see photo). The task also involves cutting a larger hole in the side of the laundry tub (see photo) to fit the water inlet hose. This should be an easy task for someone who knows what they’re doing! 😝

I recently moved into an apartment. I would like the shower resealed / any of the silicone fixed within the shower.

I need a plumber to take a look at a small leak under my sink. As well as a small leak from a tap outside in the back courtyard. There's also a loose screw on the dishwasher that's stopping to from closing.

I m looking at quotes to repair/replace a leaking laundry tap. I believe the mixer needs to be changed.

Two issues. 1. Water is leaking around the edges of toilet in bathroom. Water consistently leaks out and the flow increase when toilet is flushed. Maybe needs to be waterproofed again. Toilet seat has complete detached, unsure of it could be attached again. Repair toilet seat (install new if unrepairable)

We want to install a hand bidet faucet in toilet. We have to purchase the bidet yet.

We have a leaking laundry tap where the washing machine connects to the wall tap under the sink - even when the tap has been turned off. Require a plumber to observe and fix the issue - unsure whether it’s the O Ring, Fibre Washer, Jumper Washer or something else. Currently the hose needs to wrap around the front of the cabinet to reach the tap. Would also wish to include creating a hole through the aluminium/plastic cabinet to ensure the path of least resistance for the washing machine hose. We have an additional hose that came with the washing machine for use. When installing we used current connection.

Exisiting tap exists to dishwasher, would like to split this water line and plumb into a new fridge sitting next to it. Must be certified plumber, with ability to find parts required for the job, but have all the parts from the fridge as it’s been purchased new.

Small semi-frameless shower used to close nicely and keep the water in, but no longer does. No guard and also maybe a closing issue. Water ends up all over the floor outside the lip of the shower
