Looking for a plumber to replace the pictured shower head with a rain style shower head. I don’t have the new shower head as I wasn’t sure of the specs, so if you are happy to provide please include cost oh your quote.

Small student unit: 1) The kitchen tap faucet is loose and needs to be tightened and secured and also there doesn't seem to be a rubber seal which needs to be placed around the base between the sink & tap. 2) the bathroom tap seems to gush out the water too quickly and needs to be placed between bench & tap.

I have just finished a bathroom and have an issue with the caulking. Water is running off due to level of bath and the shape of the caulk (has a slight dip in it that catches water). Need to fill in caulk so it pushes water back to bath and not off the edge
