Need 2 x 3/4 copper pipes re-bent & joined into the hot water unit. First picture, need new (I or you can supply) water shut of valve for hot water unit and new bends fitted in then fitted back into the unit. Second and third pictures, need 1 copper line bent up to the tempering valve then fitted back into hot water unit. Turn water on, let tank fill and test for leaks.
Didn't replace the requiered duo valve stating that by late Saturday afternoon he hadn't the time to get one and asked me if it was faulty? Set a hot water feed pipe so that it was hitting the hot water tank on the side. Left us with a new leak at a tempering valve. Took some extra saying that he'd return the following day to place lagging though didn't show. As a former American bike technician & dealer principal I say 2/10.

The gutter in picture (ground floor) is obstructed at the base underground. I've previously been told it cannot be unclogged. So I would like to have a water tank installed beside it to help control the overflow.
James did a good job installing a small rainwater tank off my gutter, meeting all my desired customisations on its location and setup.

Require a plumber to fit a hold and cold hose to washing machine. Check if there is leak in he tap. Tighten a tap. Advise if the toilet is working fine and there isn’t a blockage.
