I am seeking to have an additional water meter installed at my property. At present, the property is being leased to two separate tenants. My intention is to divide the water usage equitably between the two tenants, enabling them to be responsible for their individual water bills. This will ensure a fair distribution of costs according to each tenant’s consumption.

I currently have a toilet which sits on a plynth as the wall outlet sits 270mm high. I’m looking to replace the current pan and cistern. I’d like to either reposition the outlet (big job I know) or if there if there is a more creative way to solve this issue I’m open to ideas

The 2b1b apartment is on the floor 5, the whole building has 11 floors. Recently the hot water in the shower gets much colder than before, it’s just warm, not hot at all. And the temperature is quite unstable, always changing. And the hot water flow is weaker than before, but the cold water is normal.

Our bathroom sink has a leak. Would like someone to check it out and repair please.
