We need the old ceramic stormwater pipes upgraded to PVC as well as the downpipes changed to 90mm. We want to run new a new stormwater system under the house, replacing the broken underground stormwater system. We also need to connect this new system to the stormwater drains running out from the front of our property.

Plumbing needs to be unblocked. Sewage rising from laundry sink - Water rising when shower, toilet or tap used.

I have a blocked drain which is accessible external to the house but also feeds from kitchen and laundry sinks. There is minimal flow and the water backs up in sinks and spills over outside. I have tried multiple rounds of drano (crystals, liquid for kitchens, and liquid for bathrooms) which has resulted in a lot of scum/gunk floating out, but hasn't resolved the issue. I've also tried snaking from kitchen and laundry without any result, and can't get the snake to work properly from the external pipe - I assume because it's too wide and the snake just bends without following through whatever bend there is in the pipe. It's been several days of trying to apply our own solutions unsuccessfully, so looking for a plumber with an alternative/better solution and their own tools/equipment who can resolve this at their earliest convenience.
