Leaking balcony tap. Image shows how much water is coming out when tap is turned off. We have a hose on to trap the water. Assuming it’s a seal problem / something needs to be tightened.

Install and remove two toilets (link to new toilet below). Photos are of existing toilet. Would need the existing toilets disposed of as well. One upstairs and one downstairs. Toilets can arrive Tuesday 2nd April and could have installed from Wednesday 3rd April. I need to replace the pcb board in a Rinnai infinity 26 gas hot water system. I have have bought the part so I need someone to install and test it. - Due date: Flexible
