I have 1/4 turn taps that need replacing spindles. A cruise 85mm CR and NR wall spindles.

Standard lever type tap, has become loose, tilting into basin, looks like washer has rusted and fallen off

to drill on reconstituted Benchtop a 5mm hole with template to be fitted as a tap later on by plumber.

Keep hearing the sound of water running and filling.

1. To remove existing shower hand rail and fix on new one, including changing the wall outlet E without non-return valve 2. To use diamond drill to fix new stainless steel hook on wall and also to replace existing toilet roll holder 3. To change sink and tap on wooden Benchtop in bathroom 4. To change existing shower arm to new shower arm

I brought an adjustable wrench to unscrew the head but the wrench itself doesn't seem to fit.

We require removal and installation of: 1x kitchen mixer 2x bathroom sink mixer 2x toilets silicon between sink and splashback in kitchen We also require inspection of frameless shower and recommendation to make it leak-proof. We will purchase the items, we need recommendations / advice as per the type of mixer, toilet and shower products.

Shower head fan in bathroom needs changing as we can't shower till it is fitted properly.

We have one downpipe that is damaged which caused it to come away from the gutter.
