Garden watering system needs three repairs: 1. Main connection to outside tap cannot stand pressure and needs to be re-affixed 2. Two distribution pipes in garden bed have had spiked spray detach. Both need to be repaired / replaced.

2 toilets not flushing properly. Effecting basin water flow sometimes. May be piping issue but want someone to check first. Have tried a couple of things but not successful. Toilet lids also need tightening.

My kitchen tap is leaking. It is a single tap that provides hot and cold water from the faucet. It is currently spraying water out of the gap just above the faucet when I turn the pressure on harder. I have put the date as 'flexible' but as soon as possible would be good! :-)

My tap keeps leaking water (from the tap). I have tried giving the hot & cold new washers, but it still leaks unless it is very, very tight. I want it to be completely solved.

Redo bathroom. Install new tiles, new shower, bath and toilet

When flushed, the downstairs toilet water will fill the bowl and drain very slowly. I assume there may be some sort of blockage.
