Our dishwasher is leaking onto the floor, and this happens even when we haven't been using it -- we think our sink is draining into the dishwasher and something's gone wrong with the plumbing. Need to get it fixed please.

My kitchen tap is leaking. It is a single tap that provides hot and cold water from the faucet. It is currently spraying water out of the gap just above the faucet when I turn the pressure on harder. I have put the date as 'flexible' but as soon as possible would be good! :-)

My tap keeps leaking water (from the tap). I have tried giving the hot & cold new washers, but it still leaks unless it is very, very tight. I want it to be completely solved.

part of kitchen wall needs replastering. It was originally water damaged from adjoining bathroom. We have now had our bathroom completely renovated and leak fixed and now need the kitchen wall replastered / fixed. Area is approx 1.8m x 1.3m that needs replaced

When flushed, the downstairs toilet water will fill the bowl and drain very slowly. I assume there may be some sort of blockage.

Kitchen sink not draining properly. U trap is not blocked under the sink, blockage is likely a bit further down. 3rd storey apartment.

Drain seems to be blocked as we can hear a glugging noise. Likely in a common drain as the noise occurs after using various taps/toilets

I recently just moved in an apartment and my kitchen tap, most of the time, only dispenses scalding hot water. It's almost like the cold tap water is turned off, but it's not. Sometimes it works well, but very rarely.. would love for it to be looked at.
