Find an experienced plumber in Ascot Vale

Hi, my shower head and tap are both leaky. I want to replace. I will supply parts (if you could guide me on what to buy that would be great). Must be a plumber.

The external toilet drain pipe has been broken and is leaking. The cracked pipe is broken where the pipe meets the concrete. The concrete around the pipe will likely need to be cut to replace/repair the pipe. There is access under the house. I would also like something to protect the pipe so it cannot be damaged again ie metal cage.

The Miele fridge (about 10 yo) is filling with water in the little drain area. Inside. Down the bottom at back of fridge. We empty it twice a day. Have tried clearing the drain hole to no advantage.

2 toilets not flushing properly. Effecting basin water flow sometimes. May be piping issue but want someone to check first. Have tried a couple of things but not successful. Toilet lids also need tightening.

A toilet seat has come unscrewed on the right hand side of the fixture and needs reattaching.

Easy to access pipes. They are leaking a bit when we turn on the water - may need a retighten or regrip. Task to be done asap

Our dishwasher is leaking onto the floor, and this happens even when we haven't been using it -- we think our sink is draining into the dishwasher and something's gone wrong with the plumbing. Need to get it fixed please.

My kitchen tap is leaking. It is a single tap that provides hot and cold water from the faucet. It is currently spraying water out of the gap just above the faucet when I turn the pressure on harder. I have put the date as 'flexible' but as soon as possible would be good! :-)

Drain pipes need to be cleaned with high pressure drain clearer or similar tools. Report with before and after pics of the work will be required.

My tap keeps leaking water (from the tap). I have tried giving the hot & cold new washers, but it still leaks unless it is very, very tight. I want it to be completely solved.

Just need an external tap moved 20cm to the right for better access. Happy for the extended piece of pipe to be attached to the wall.
