The House has 2 toilets and 2 Shower; The the sink is fully blocked, And as soon as water goes down the bathroom sink, the water level in the toilets rise, and the toilets are flushed, water starts to come up the sink drain. So it looks like the waste pipe is severely blocked.

2 x toilets that continue to run occasionally. Sometimes they are fine but sometimes they run, one of them dribbles a bit and the other flows a lot more

Install new 3-Way Kitchen Sink Mixer + install inline water filter. The filter is attached to a line coming off the cold water mains line. See photos. This mixer is replacing an existing mixer that doesn't have the 3rd line for filtered water.

Existing tap needs to be replaced, I have the new tap, just need someone to install it. Single tap, mixer, accessible from below (empty cupboard)

Top of kitchen tap randomly sprung off when turned on, which I think was due to water pressure build up? Not sure what the issue is.

Heya! Looking for a licensed plumber for works described below. I need 2 tap replaced as leaking - have new taps already - just labour to fix them. My toilet has the inner float broken and it is continually running. Needs new parts - which I do not have and are willing to pay for new parts. Budget $400 is for labour, as have new taps - only require to pay for is toilet parts additional to this budget.

Just need a quote for the work to start with Wanting someone to check bathroom plumbing issues. Toilet is leaking, patch holes in wall and complete tiling job that’s started but left unfinished. Really at this stage would like someone to come take a look at everything and get an opinion on how to go forward and provide a quote for the work.

Rain water drains perfectly from roof but then starts bubbling back at junction with ground (picture 1), no rainwater makes it to the street (picture 2). Distance 7 metres

We have an existing kitchen tap that broke. We bought a new tap which will need to be installed. All standard fittings. Would be great to get this done Sunday 13th or Monday 14th. Would love to have a certified plumber take the job.

Remove broken sink and replace with new sink. I have already purchased the exact same sink and is ready for install. The sink is free standing and the tap is not part of the sink so it should be a pretty straight forward job if you know what you are doing. Main thing is that it looks neat and tidy as it does now. Must supply own white bathroom silicone for the sink.

Plumber required. Tap has broken off the wall, metal failure inside tap. Assistance to turn off tap at wall no internal measures available at the apartment. Finally mains shut off available however not an option as tenants require water still. Replace tap also.

Drain from kitchen goes outside. Appears to be clogged with roots from big tree

Fit a pressure reducer valve to washing machine. Need a plumber

Total 4 taps . 2 shower ( hot & cold) 2 Wash basin ( hot and cold)

Current basin of vanity is broken, need it to be removed along with cabinet and install new one
