Heya! Needing a licensed plumber asap to fix 2 taps - one kitchen and one bathroom. (Have purchased replacements already) My toilet has the in / out float broken and it is continually running. Needs new parts - which I do not have and are willing to pay for new parts. Budget $400 is for labour, as have new taps - only require to pay for is toilet parts additional to this budget. Home at the mo with a bad back so looking to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Bosch dishwasher diagnosis and repair. The upper rotating spray arm is not rotating and the detergent dispenser has powder remaining in it after wash. The upper rotation arm is getting water throughput however I suspect the pressure is not enough hence its not rotating an the detergent is being left in the dispenser. Replace the water tap as it’s licking I also need new tap

4 taps to be installed, remove old taps and install new ones supplied, 2 from bathroom sink,2 from shower

Change over mixer tap in kitchen

Base of drainage cracked. Needs replacing.

The House has 2 toilets and 2 Shower; The the sink is fully blocked, And as soon as water goes down the bathroom sink, the water level in the toilets rise, and the toilets are flushed, water starts to come up the sink drain. So it looks like the waste pipe is severely blocked.

2 x toilets that continue to run occasionally. Sometimes they are fine but sometimes they run, one of them dribbles a bit and the other flows a lot more

Install new 3-Way Kitchen Sink Mixer + install inline water filter. The filter is attached to a line coming off the cold water mains line. See photos. This mixer is replacing an existing mixer that doesn't have the 3rd line for filtered water.

Top of kitchen tap randomly sprung off when turned on, which I think was due to water pressure build up? Not sure what the issue is.

Just need a quote for the work to start with Wanting someone to check bathroom plumbing issues. Toilet is leaking, patch holes in wall and complete tiling job that’s started but left unfinished. Really at this stage would like someone to come take a look at everything and get an opinion on how to go forward and provide a quote for the work.

Rain water drains perfectly from roof but then starts bubbling back at junction with ground (picture 1), no rainwater makes it to the street (picture 2). Distance 7 metres

Remove broken sink and replace with new sink. I have already purchased the exact same sink and is ready for install. The sink is free standing and the tap is not part of the sink so it should be a pretty straight forward job if you know what you are doing. Main thing is that it looks neat and tidy as it does now. Must supply own white bathroom silicone for the sink.

Plumber required. Tap has broken off the wall, metal failure inside tap. Assistance to turn off tap at wall no internal measures available at the apartment. Finally mains shut off available however not an option as tenants require water still. Replace tap also.
