Find an experienced plumber in Brunswick East

My washing machine has been connected to the hot main. I need it swapped to the cold main. The problem is the mains are inaccessible (to me), behind the laundry sink plumbing in a tight cabinet. I believe the sink plumbing needs to be removed to access the mains connection.

Washing machine connected up, also need someone to take a look at a piping issue under my sink that's leaking.

Our tap aerator/head is screwed on incredibly tightly - have tried every tool/trick to no avail. Other two identical taps in apartment have come off with no trouble. Will most likely be a very easy job!

Need taps replaced completely as left tap is now completely loose on the thread. May as well replace the other tap and spout as they're old anyway.

The gutter downpipe water pipes go through garden bed to reach pvc pipe. Some tree roots broke old terracotta pipes. I’ve cut away roots and dug around pipes. Needs about 5 meters to reach corner down pipe.

The metal hose connection to the laundry trough tap is broken and needs replacing. It is in a difficult to reach spot in the back corner of a laundry basin cabinet.

Our dishwasher is faulty, it won’t drain. Need someone that knows dishwashers to come and fix it

I had a leaking tap that needed washer replaced. I turned the tap off too hard and it burst and now the water won’t stop running. It also won’t tighten anymore.

Issues list below to be fixed. 1. After flushing, water doesn’t refill automatically. 2. Manually press a button (see photo circle in red) to start refilling and stop refilling of water. 3. While water refilling, water leaking in toilet bowl.

A blocked downpipe needs to be redirected to meet an other downpipe and a drain under footpath to gutter needs unblocking.

My toilet cistern is not working and needs replaced. It's a caroma unisex cistern

Install a wall hung double vanity (single vanity in that current location)with taps and sinks connected. Change over shower fittings x 2 (same wall locations as existing double shower) Install 2 x drains (1 under each shower) install a small wall hung sink in power room. All plasterboard and flooring is removed for ease of access. Water already in all existing points, some small plumbing mods required to changeover vanity.

I'm moving out of my salon space so I need my double vanity disconnected and capped from the mains. Feel free to quote me for patching the wall as well. Otherwise it's just the disconnection thanks.
