Find an experienced plumber in Brunswick East

The main tap/mixer on the kitchen bench over the kitchen sink is becoming more and more loose. I need a plumber to come over to stabilise the mixer. I imagine it will not take long. No replacement of anything needed from what I can see. If you have the tools and the knowhow let me know. Cheers.

Workshop tap needs to be replaced, it is leaking rom the base and is very warm out. (Cold water tap) (new tap provided)

The fixtures in the actual toilet base are loose, leading to a wobbly attachment of the toilet seat.

I think I might have a coolant hose leak so want someone to come and check it and if I do for it to be fixed. Should only be a small job.

Hi there, We have a smelly drain in our apartment bathroom. Unsure if its coming from toilet itself or from the drain next to toilet, it could also be from the AAV. It comes and goes. We have put drain cleaner and hot water down the drain to clear the smell and it still persists. The apartment was unoccupied for 3 months before moving in. Thanks

My hot water tank broke this morning (250L) and I have a new water tank that has just been delivered. I am needing a plumber to take out the broken water tank and fit the new one in (and dispose of the old water tank). There is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment and the water tank is at bottom level. New tank is a 250L Therman, single element, 3.6kw. I have attached photos of the broken water tank and the piping. I am looking for quotes. Thank you! Maë

Kitchen join needs sealing to prevent leaks. 630mm. Last photo is brand of composite stone on underside of bench if that is helpful.

Our tap aerator/head is screwed on incredibly tightly - have tried every tool/trick to no avail. Other two identical taps in apartment have come off with no trouble. Will most likely be a very easy job!

Need taps replaced completely as left tap is now completely loose on the thread. May as well replace the other tap and spout as they're old anyway.

The gutter downpipe water pipes go through garden bed to reach pvc pipe. Some tree roots broke old terracotta pipes. I’ve cut away roots and dug around pipes. Needs about 5 meters to reach corner down pipe.

The metal hose connection to the laundry trough tap is broken and needs replacing. It is in a difficult to reach spot in the back corner of a laundry basin cabinet.

I had a leaking tap that needed washer replaced. I turned the tap off too hard and it burst and now the water won’t stop running. It also won’t tighten anymore.
