Hey there, we have a Davey small pump and pressure tank system XP25P8 connected to our small literage water tank for the front garden. I am aware that this pump does not include loss of prime functionality which if there is a small tank (Under 5000Ltrs) could cause an issue of the pump running dry in operation. I dont know if this has been an issue as we really havent used the system as it has never worked properly but i am hoping for you to have a look at why the pump is not working and to get it working with our drip feed system via the water tank. Disconnect and remove existing above bench porcelain basin. Install and silicone down new basin which is the same as the one being replaced. Install plug and washer to basin. Connect new basinto drainage and caulk. Remove all waste from site.

The shower leaks and has caused water damage to the floor on the other side of the wall. We need someone to waterproof so that we can then work on getting the mould damage repaired.
