I need a standard water tap plumbed in to existing piping.

We are looking for a skilled plumber for the following tasks: Replace an Old Wash Basin: Remove the existing wash basin and install a new one with proper fittings. Reconnect the Dishwasher: Hook up the dishwasher to the existing plumbing system. It was previously connected, so it just needs to be reattached. Fix a Leak Under the Sink: Identify and repair an existing leak under the kitchen sink.

Tap is leaking from handle. Tried changing the mixer cartridge but is still leaking not too sure what the issue is. Might be better to just swap out the whole unit.

I have installed a new walking machine but when I turn on the tap it now leaks. I can see it is leaking from the tap not the hose connection.

Need a new kitchen tap put in to replace a leaking one. Have the new tap.

The Kitchen sink tap is bit loose on the base where it attaches to the kitchen top. Everything is fine, but it’s just wiggly. I can do it by myself, but don’t have time to fix. Looking for a professional to do it instead.

The rubber hose is too big for the sink connection and we can’t remove the bolt to attach the water connection. Happy to cover the cost of any parts. Thanks!

Need sink installed - don't have parts

Button on toilet cistern not pulling up the lever to flush. I think the connector piece may have dislodged, and it needs to be repaired/reconnected/aligned so that pushing the button will pull up the lever to release water. Plumbing and lift mechanism work fine and it can be flushed manually. The problem is mechanical with the old lever and not the plumbing. Please only come if you are experienced and have done with kind of thing before. Additional payments, for extra work or parts etc can be arranged during inspection if it ends up being more complex.

Hopefully just a washer replacement to fix leaking shower.

Hi, I’ve had a mice issue recently and have mouse droppings that need to be cleaned up please. Behind my fridge and cupboard underneath my sink needing to be cleaned only so very quick job. There’s some caulking that needs to be replaced in kitchen behind the sink. And bathroom as well.

Connect washing machine to laundry taps. My connectors keep leaking, I tried both different sides on each tap (as seen in pic)
