I need someone to help replace my toilet seat. I have the new one ready to install but the bolt on the old one is extremely difficult to undo. It's a pretty simple job but I don't have the tools to do it.

My Bosche dishwasher is not draining, showing E24 as the error. I have already cleaned out the filter so believe it is a blocked pipe. Hoping someone can come by this weekend and resolve the issue.

I have water dripping in through toilet fan from my corregated tin roof. Water is coming in through an old and pretty shonky silicone seal around the exhaust pipe above the fan.
