Hot water system has been working fine despite it being an old unit. Occasionally, the hot water won’t turn on even if the system is lit, but usually comes on in 5-10min. However, two days ago the same thing happen and it still won’t turn on. No water flows out of the taps.

Looking for a plumber to disconnect this tank and connect the runoff pipes to the drain right next to it. Will also need to disconnect the pump under the decking, which should be easy to access, but would need some of the boards removing. Thanks!

Fix leaking shower tap………….

I’ve got a leak somewhere, only found because of water bill usage. I think it could be out front near the meter, but may need thermal imaging to find. I turned the water off when I went away for the weekend, came back and meter was hissing and still ticking, not sure exactly what that means. Have looked in various places under the house, no obvious wetness anywhere. Pretty bad access under the house, so hard to check everywhere. Not sure exactly how to proceed from here, have had two plumbers out, one didn’t look under the house at all due to access, the other was unable to trace pipes and didn’t have any scanning tools. Leak remains.
