Caroma Toilet not flushing properly and the system continuously runs. Doesn’t happen every time.

Crack on front of cistern. No leaks just on the surface. Want to make the crack not visible as it is a rental.

Gas 4 burner cooktop has a couple of issues: (1) one burner that does not work; and (2) other burners that are not switched on make clicking noise (I.e. appear to be trying to ignite) continuously when a separate burner is lit.

Minor leak in joins of pipes in 2 x newly installed bathroom vanities and 1 kitchen sink. Will be a quick job for someone with the skills and materials :)

Tried to replace washer in old tap. Now it’s worse!

The join in the PVC piping is leaking and the water is not draining properly because the fall is not adequate. This is located under the bath and is the space to work in is tight.

We are renovating our laundry area and need the waste pipe from our new washing machine to be connected below the sink instead of via the current connection via the top of the sink (see pictures).

Bath drain isn't draining water just sits in the U pipe.

Two mixer taps continually have problems staying in place, can you tighten them permanently? Shower taps leaking, but tenent and don't want full fix, enough to stop it being annoying.

Require someone with experience fixing caravan and RV water pump systems to replace leaking hoses connecting water pump and insulated water unit. I think it would be a very straight forward task for someone with experience.

Water pipe outside has a leak from the solar /water tank

The dryer needs to be modified to include a water drainage outlet for two separate homes within a 1 km radius. Additionally, one showerhead and a sink tap are required, along with a provision for a water tap in the front lawn of one of the homes.

Shower has been leaking for a few days, need it fixed

Basic plumbing checks. Water line testing, roof assessment, stormwater, sewage checks. Photos and certication not required.

Hot water system has been working fine despite it being an old unit. Occasionally, the hot water won’t turn on even if the system is lit, but usually comes on in 5-10min. However, two days ago the same thing happen and it still won’t turn on. No water flows out of the taps.

Looking for a plumber to disconnect this tank and connect the runoff pipes to the drain right next to it. Will also need to disconnect the pump under the decking, which should be easy to access, but would need some of the boards removing. Thanks!
