Leaking toilet, new one purchased. Need it replacing

I am renovating and need to plumb in - rough in a toilet

Bathroom sink is blocked (plunger can’t dislodge) and there is small amount of water leaking from the pipe underneath.

Need help unblocking a half-blocked bathroom sink. The sink has a screw plug and a crossbar inside the hole. See photo for plug type. Also need help fixing a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink. Looks like one of the hot/cold taps rather than the dishwasher. See photo for pipes. Also the water pressure in the kitchen is high on hot, but low on cold. Not sure if that can be fixed, more just a bonus if you know what's going on.

Hi. We recently had plumbing put in to put a dishwasher in our kitchen. Then we installed the dishwasher and are having drainage problems. Looking for someone to come and help get it up and running.

Caroma Toilet not flushing properly and the system continuously runs. Doesn’t happen every time.

Crack on front of cistern. No leaks just on the surface. Want to make the crack not visible as it is a rental.

Gas 4 burner cooktop has a couple of issues: (1) one burner that does not work; and (2) other burners that are not switched on make clicking noise (I.e. appear to be trying to ignite) continuously when a separate burner is lit.

Minor leak in joins of pipes in 2 x newly installed bathroom vanities and 1 kitchen sink. Will be a quick job for someone with the skills and materials :)

Tried to replace washer in old tap. Now it’s worse!

The join in the PVC piping is leaking and the water is not draining properly because the fall is not adequate. This is located under the bath and is the space to work in is tight.

We are renovating our laundry area and need the waste pipe from our new washing machine to be connected below the sink instead of via the current connection via the top of the sink (see pictures).

Shower has been leaking for a few days, need it fixed

Basic plumbing checks. Water line testing, roof assessment, stormwater, sewage checks. Photos and certication not required.

Hot water system has been working fine despite it being an old unit. Occasionally, the hot water won’t turn on even if the system is lit, but usually comes on in 5-10min. However, two days ago the same thing happen and it still won’t turn on. No water flows out of the taps.

Looking for a plumber to disconnect this tank and connect the runoff pipes to the drain right next to it. Will also need to disconnect the pump under the decking, which should be easy to access, but would need some of the boards removing. Thanks!

Kitchen and bathroom taps are leaking. Replaced the washers last year (deep socket wrench required) but leaking again. Please specify what will be included in your quote. Thanks
