Alastair was a bit difficult to organise, communication was patchy, which is understandable for a busy tradie. Once on the job he was 100% focused and diligent. He was patient and careful and took great care of my bench top and apartment. He did a beautiful job of cutting into the stone bench and installing a new sink and mixer, and hooked it up as well. I appreciated the efforts he made to limit the mess and keep the place clean. Top job! Thoroughly recommended!

Toilet seat is so loose it is almost off. Doesn't stay still and makes noise. It may require a visit to check it out, then purchase of parts, and revisit to fix?

Toilet pipe (in cistern) burst. O rings on both toilet pipe and water main taps are burst as well (discovered while trying to turn off due to toilet pipe bursting), so the water cannot be turned off completely. Pictures of burst toilet pipe and both taps are included.
