Water filter under the sink needs to be replaced, the system has already been purchased it just needs to be installed so that it doesn’t leak

We have two water taps which are not working. One is a sensor tap, it looks like the sensor might not be registering. We also have a water filter tap which was disconnected to connect a washing machine. We would like to see if it is possible to reconnect this.

We have a fridge that needs plumbing. The sink is opposite the fridge and there is already a previously drilled hole from previous fridge plumbing in the floor.
