I’ve got a clogged kitchen sink and it gets worse when the dishwasher is on. Looking for a plumber/someone experienced to have a look and fix the issue.

New kitchen sink tapware installation

My hot water tank has been installed on a shelf that was only being held up on three sides by staples. The weight of the unit has caused the shelf to collapse over time. You can see in the photos where the staples have been pulled from the shelf. No signs of leaks/water damage/rot - just a bent shelf. The water tank is now on a lean. Ideally I'd like the tank removed, shelf or as much of the shelf as possible removed, a new shelf put in with bracing underneath to stop it from sagging (I have a large piece of chip board that can be cut to size for this), and the tank re-installed. Or part of the existing shelf can be removed and the water unit can sit on the floor beneath. I have a drill/hammer drill/multi tool/sander and various other tools, lots of screws and lots of scrap chipboard/MDF. Need something to cut the wood.

I’ve got a Milli Glance Sink Mixer Tap (https://www.reece.com.au/product/tapware-accessories-c2518/kitchen-laundry-tapware-c2594/sink-mixers-c494/milli-b190000/milli-glance-sink-mixer-tap-chrome-5-star-2263022), that leaks from the handle. Think the mixer cartridge needs replacing but I can’t get the handle off.

I currently have a bath with a shower head. And would like to remove this and fit a walk in shower. Happy for you to come and take a look and price it up. Thanks :)

We need two new toilets installed in our apartment as we prepare to sell. We need a tradie with experience to identify if the toilets are S trap or P trap and then we will order the correct sized toilets from Reece to be installed when they arrive.
