Hi there, we're looking for a qualified plumber to help with two plumbing jobs. The first is a slow draining toilet - it's potentially just a blockage but we're not sure and haven't been able to fix the problem ourselves. When the toilet is flushed, the bowl fills up and empties slowly. The second is installing a new tap and faucet on a bathroom sink. Attached is a photo of the type of faucet we need replacing. We have already purchased the replacement but just need someone to install it for us. Thanks!

I just replaced my old toilet cistern, but there is now a small leak at the top of the flush pipe (despite me putting in a new rubber ring and nut). The flush pipe is quite old, so I figure I should replace it, along with the pan cone on the bowl. But that’s outside my skill level! Let me know if this is something you can do, Cheers, Tom

My washing machine has just been connected and when it drains, the water is excessively coming out of an overflow part of the drain. I have no idea how much it should cost to fix so the price I have entered is entirely negotiable.

The basin tap in the bathroom is spewing water when turned on. Not sure how to explain in correct plumbing lingo so please she the photo, zone in on the tap body and the spout.

Leaking balcony tap. Image shows how much water is coming out when tap is turned off. We have a hose on to trap the water. Assuming it’s a seal problem / something needs to be tightened.

Install and remove two toilets (link to new toilet below). Photos are of existing toilet. Would need the existing toilets disposed of as well. One upstairs and one downstairs.
