Sewerage is blocked. Have had a few plumbers out and they have said a pipe is broken. Looking for someone to fix broken pipe.

Unblock toilet sink please

I have recently moved into a new house and installed a new fridge with plumbed water connection. However, the tap on the water connected seems to be eroded and I am unable to turn the tap / open the water valve. Need someone with plumbing experience to fix. Please see photos for context. Must supply own tools, and replacement knob if required.

Bathroom sink tap is leaking, I think seal needs to be replaced. Sink pipe is also leaking underneath.

Buy and change tap washers in three different taps

Install GPO in a laundry cupboard where the gas hot water cylinder used to exist. The laundry has other GPOs, but none inside the cupboard.

Bathroom tap has come away from basin. Needs to be fixed back in place to basin. Must supply on tools and silicone.

Toilet has water running, doesn’t stop running unless we turn the knob off. Not sure whats wrong!

Outdoor tap is leaking, likely needs to be replaced I haven’t been able to tighten to stop leak. Also needs to be mounted on a pole.

The electronics on it are still working. The water flow isn't.

The toilet is blocked and there is sewerage in the gully trap at the back of the house.

Sink, plumbing, punk and water tank are already installed but there is a thin ply wood wall blocking access to the side port where you fill up the water tank that's under the van, so all I need is for someone to cut a hole in the wall and check it's connected and all working correctly.

I need a certified plumber to complete a few tasks: -installation of a bidet hand hose (I have purchased) with appropriate backflow protection -installation of 2 taps onto laundry sink (purchased) -replacing washers on 6 taps (taps are leaky and washers need replacing, not provided). The apartment is 2 storey (outside accessible with long ladder) 2 flights stairs. Install vent outside building or inside vanity (which ever works best) in a completed bathroom for the bath and vanity sink waste pipes. Photo shows height on outside. -New Cooktop and oven install including appropriate gas parts and valves. -kitchen sink fit off for single bowl -towel rail, vanity mirror, and couple other bathroom accessories attach to Porcelain tiles. - roof venting for bathroom extraction fan (fan already installed) on tiled roof.
