We are getting some tiling done Need the vanity and toilet removed on the 20th, then a new vanity and toilet installed the next day

Blocked toilet - probably needs a jetting machine and camera. Toilet did block a couple of weeks ago, managed to move with plunger, however there must be a deeper blockage. Blocked today - being a Saturday, can be a Monday job if needed. The toilet is an outhouse, requires access through front of building and heading all the way through premises then to the back. Operating business hours are 9.30 to 5.30 however door code can be provided is after hours needed

the cold water of the kitchen tap won't shut need someone to fix it asap

Need to have 3 - 4 sinks plumbed in on the ground floor and second floor (both floors already have hot/cold running water in bathrooms etc) Will source own sinks

I have an Avenli London inflatable Hot Tub that needs to be repaired and set up. I believe the issue is something to do with resetting the thermostat.

The base of this toilet has come loose and it needs to be re-fixed to the ground. As you can see by the photos the base has been built up. I’m pretty sure the bolts have just come loose in the concrete.

I need a plumber to attend a final house inspection which has been requested for 21st of October at this stage in the morning. When we did an inspection prior to the cooling off period, some of the drains were blocked and there were electric toilets in the premises. Additionally, there appeared to be ducted heating and cooling in the bedrooms but not sure where it goes and if its connected and working, so looking for you to also assess and check this out as we can't find the switch. Also considering installing a fire place and replacing the shower heads and some taps. so required a quote around these works. Kitchen sink tap has overtime become loose. Requires tightening. Pictures provided show the tap and access to the tap from below.

Need a plumber to help relocate existing water point, install a bidet seat (will be supplied by us) and issue a certificate of compliance. We have checked with VBA and compliance certificate can be issued once a backflow prevention valve is installed with the bidet

Replace existing dishwasher, and change over tap (the knob is missing off old tap - unless this can be worked around).

Replace old metal pipe at junction with flexible hose and replace waste pipe with plastic pipe and connect to sink waste.
