We have a few small handyman / domestic plumbing tasks Our shower button isn’t working (that turns the shower into a bath) The shower is a bit slow draining. Our kitchen tap has come loose. These seem relatively easy for someone with handyman / plumbing skills - but not for me!

I need a broken toilet pan removed and replaced with a new one. You will need to drill to secure it into the concrete flooring and silicon the seal. The job is to supply the new pan and take away the old one.

I’ve just moved into a new apartment and the previous owner has a strange jigged up solution so the washing machine can access the hot water system across the room. I’ve screwed in my washer to the ‘tap’ - but further up there’s two hoses that are meant to be feeding the ‘tap’ and I don’t know how they’re meant to stay together - there’s a screw on pinch thing but the other hose won’t fit inside, they fit more flush together. Need a solid solution that won’t leak into the cupboards!

Blocked toilet - probably needs a jetting machine and camera. Toilet did block a couple of weeks ago, managed to move with plunger, however there must be a deeper blockage. Blocked today - being a Saturday, can be a Monday job if needed. The toilet is an outhouse, requires access through front of building and heading all the way through premises then to the back. Operating business hours are 9.30 to 5.30 however door code can be provided is after hours needed

I have an Avenli London inflatable Hot Tub that needs to be repaired and set up. I believe the issue is something to do with resetting the thermostat.

The base of this toilet has come loose and it needs to be re-fixed to the ground. As you can see by the photos the base has been built up. I’m pretty sure the bolts have just come loose in the concrete.
