There is a pipe coming down from the roof, it makes all sorts of turns and then the laundry sink (and washing machine) merge into it and then it goes under the balcony and down into the sewer. It is routed in a manner that takes up quite a bit of space. I assume the pipe going up from the sink to the roof is a sewer vent? I would like the pipe from the laundry sink to come as straight down as possible so i can move the washing machine back towards the wall. The the pipe continuing up, if it is a vent, i would like it to be routed on the outside of the house as shown in the marked up photos

Blocked toilet located in a granny flat.

A valve (I think it’s a pressure relief valve) in our hydronic heating system has a slow leak (continual dripping when the unit is on). Need someone to supply and install a replacement.

Hi, I need help with installation of a new sink trap in the bathroom, in addition to changing over two taps (I have purchased them), and also repairing or replacing a leaking toilet connector pipe.

Looking for someone to come through and re-arrange the drain pipes for new kitchen sink on Sunday arvo/evening. Hoping that we can also save some space under there so that the bins fit a bit better.

Need to tighten tap as it is loose. Should be an easy job for the right person - it is in a tricky spot to tighten (behind a sink, around plumbing, if you think of an ‘L’ it is ~300mm in, ~200mm high) I’m hoping we don’t need to take the sink out, but hoping to engage a registered plumber to get this done. - Due date: Before Thursday, 4 January 2024
