Find an experienced plumber in Kensington VIC

We have a Rinnai tank hot water system that has water leaking out of the overflow pipe. Need someone to look at it and fix problem please.

We have a leaking toilet in our tenanted apartment that we need a qualified plumber to fix. The tenants said this - The renters have reported the toilet continues to run water after each flush. There’s also a towel rack that needs to be reattached in the same visit if possible. See pics attached.

I’m looking to replace my current vanity with a wall-hung vanity in my apartment. The existing vanity has separate hot and cold connections while the new one I purchased comes with a mixer tap. I also want to replace the old toilet with a more modern one. I have already bought the vanity and mixer tap but haven’t purchased the toilet yet - I’ll supply that separately. I need to arrange for a plumber to conduct a thorough inspection of the property due to a new lease. The previous tenants left quite a mess, and the agency is requesting a report from a plumber to assess the technical status of the full plumbing and connections

Complete manual excavation of approx 700 x 1m wide to expose broken tree root affected terracotta sewer line, complete cut out terracotta and complete replacement in UPVC connecting onto existing upstream and downstream drainage. Installation of a sewer shaft and riser to surface level. UPVC drainage is installed on a bedding of scoria as per regulations. Complete appropriate backfill with top soil. All works are installed as per AS3500 standards.

Toilet began leaking in the pipe work behind the flush button (button has been pulled out in the photo to expose the pipes). Toilet was turned off at the time and has remained off for about six months. Looking for advice about whether toilet should be repaired, or replaced with a toilet that has a normal flush (rather than a wall flush). If the latter, would need to come back once we’ve ripped out the necessary tiles.
