The House has 2 toilets and 2 Shower; The the sink is fully blocked, And as soon as water goes down the bathroom sink, the water level in the toilets rise, and the toilets are flushed, water starts to come up the sink drain. So it looks like the waste pipe is severely blocked.

**LOOKING FOR THURS / FRI MORNING AVAILABILITY** Hi there, I live in an apartment complex and I’ve got an issue with my toilet. A foul smell seems to come from the back of the unit during hot weather. When it isn’t hot, there is no problem. There is also a crack in the bowl, keen to get that fixed too (if possible) but priority is the smell. Looking for a qualified plumber to come out and resolve the problem.

Install new 3-Way Kitchen Sink Mixer + install inline water filter. The filter is attached to a line coming off the cold water mains line. See photos. This mixer is replacing an existing mixer that doesn't have the 3rd line for filtered water.
