Heya! Looking for a licensed plumber for works described below. I need 2 tap replaced as leaking - have new taps already - just labour to fix them. My toilet has the inner float broken and it is continually running. Needs new parts - which I do not have and are willing to pay for new parts. Budget $400 is for labour, as have new taps - only require to pay for is toilet parts additional to this budget. Home at the mo with a bad back so looking to get it fixed as soon as possible.

When fixing a cement t sheet on the upstairs bathroom, a nail hit a pipe. We opened the ceiling and discovered the punctured pipe. Will need a plumber to come Ideally tomorrow and replace the section damaged. No need to repair the ceiling, just a plumber to repair the pipe and stop the leak. I think we have a leak in some piping and want to get it checked out. We have drain flies that seem to come from a wall / cupboard (we’ve tried every trick with pouring stuff down the drains - it doesn’t work). Can also smell damp / sewage occasionally.
