1. I am looking for someone to fix my leaking kitchen mixer tap, including supplying the new cartridge if that is the problem. I don't know the brand but have taken a photo of the logo if that helps (maybe it says Parcher?). 2. I would also like a pressure test done to investigate if the toilet inlet tap is leaking.

I need a plumber to connect the IKEA sink and mixer tap to the drain in the wall. Also need the adapters supplied and installed for connecting to washing machine (split to the mixer tap). Also need trap/ubend supplied. Also needs outlets from washing machine and drier adapted to waste. Currently temporarily taped in as circled in red.

I live in an apartment The shower appears to be leaking into the roof cavity of the apartment below. From 3pm today ideally.

Fix a leaking shower head. It had been fixed a few months ago but leak is back. Will require more than just tightening existing washer.

Shower tap has been leaking constantly and we cannot stop it no matter how hard the tap is twisted closed. Shower head has been changed but the problem is not fixed. It’s an emerson shower with water coming from the boiler in the shed. Just a shower head and two taps coming from the wall

The House has 2 toilets and 2 Shower; The the sink is fully blocked, And as soon as water goes down the bathroom sink, the water level in the toilets rise, and the toilets are flushed, water starts to come up the sink drain. So it looks like the waste pipe is severely blocked.

Toilet is rising with each flush. Subsides slowly. Bath, sink and shower in same room are running fine. Potential blockage just after toilet basin.

Upstairs toilet in wall cistern is filling really slowly and the toilet is not flushing properly. Now need it looked at today or at latest tomorrow due to work schedule

The base of this toilet has come loose and it needs to be re-fixed to the ground. As you can see by the photos the base has been built up. I’m pretty sure the bolts have just come loose in the concrete.
