Hi, I will be moving into a new rental apartment soon and need to get a bidet seat installed. Most of the places I am looking at do not have a water inlet next to the toilet. They are mostly inside the cistern or sometimes the cistern itself is within the wall. Is it possible get a bidet seat installed in these cases? And what will be the cost? It's a rental, so cannot be sure about location of water isolator and also cannot do any damage to the current installation.

i have an internal leak in the ceiling that needs to be fixed. RACV home repairs attended and noted a water pressure leak that indicated a leaking internal water pipe. the location is about 20 metres from a manhole but i am happy to cut through the damaged ceiling to repair from above. The pipes are most likely copper as the house was renovated in 1999 please advise the cost to fix with parts

An outdoor tap on our units balcony keeps dripping and under the laundry sink it is occasionally wet as though it may also be dripping.

Bathroom sink tap has a dripping leak and probably needs a new o-ring or washer and toilet sometimes leaks at the back of the cistern near the flush pipe and probably needs some plumbers tape to stop the leak.

Pump connected to underground water tank is not drawing water. Needs to be primed to get it working again.
