Find an experienced plumber in Moonee Ponds

I would like a small wash basin and toilet to be connected to existing plumbing next to main bathroom to create a WC.

I require caulking of a white shower base on the outside (2 sides only) and caulking of a kitchen sink. I am seeking a very experienced and professional caulker for the kitchen sink as this has been caulked unsuccessfully twice! Refer photos attached. Thanks.

I have a loose toilet seat in my bathroom. A cheap one was installed and became loose quite rapidly, i.e. it wobbles from side to side. It's an oval shape. I have a higher quality one purchased, just need someone to remove the old cheap one and install the high quality one. Please see three photos attached.

I have two blocked toilets upstairs. One of them blocked first and then when we tried to move the blockage the other one blocked. They must be connected somehow. I think it’s just a matter of too much toilet paper.

total redo of the old bathroom consists of shower, basin and toilet so could use existing plumbing
